This Privacy Policy explains what information ВСТАВИТЬ: имя владельца или название компании, ВСТАВИТЬ: страна (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you visit ВСТАВИТЬ: домен сайта (the “Site”), buy our products or use Silent Seller AI, and what we do with it.

The short version: we collect only what we need to sell you the product, deliver it, support you and improve our pages. We don’t sell your personal information.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Your name and email address when you buy, sign up or contact us
Messages you send us by email or direct message
Answers and content you enter into Silent Seller AI (for example, answers to its interview questions)

Your course account
When you buy, we create an account for the members area using the email address you entered at checkout. We store:

your email address and which version of the course you purchased
one-time login links we email you (stored only in scrambled form) and your login sessions
your course progress: which lessons you’ve opened and marked as complete, and which templates you’ve opened

We never ask for or store a password.

Payment information
Payments are processed by lava.top. We receive confirmation of your purchase, your name, email, country and the amount paid. We don’t receive or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically
We use our own analytics system, not Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other third-party trackers. When you visit the Site, it records:

which pages you view, how far you scroll and which buttons you click (for example, the checklist, “next page” and “buy” buttons)
the link or campaign that brought you here (UTM parameters in the link, such as which reel you came from)
whether a visit ended in a purchase
a random visitor ID and a random session ID, so we can count unique visitors without knowing who they are

The visitor ID is a random string stored in your browser’s local storage. It contains nothing about you, and clearing your browser’s site data resets it. We do not store your IP address, and we do not record your device, browser or location. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address when your browser connects; our analytics uses it only for a moment to block abuse and never saves it.

Instagram and direct messages
If you comment a keyword on one of our reels, an automated messaging tool (ВСТАВИТЬ: название сервиса, например ManyChat) may send you a direct message with a link. That tool processes your Instagram username and the messages exchanged, under Meta’s rules.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

process your purchase and give you access to the product and the members area
send you login links and keep track of your course progress
provide Silent Seller AI and generate drafts based on your answers
answer your questions and handle refunds
send you emails about your purchase and, if you agreed, occasional updates and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time with one click)
understand which pages and messages work, so we can improve them
prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations

3. Silent Seller AI and your content

The content you enter into Silent Seller AI is used to generate your drafts. To do that, it may be processed by third-party AI providers acting on our behalf. ВСТАВИТЬ: какие AI-провайдеры используются и используют ли они данные для обучения моделей — проверить в их условиях.

Your content stays yours. We don’t publish it or sell it. ВСТАВИТЬ: как долго хранятся данные сервиса и как пользователь может их удалить.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as:

payment processing: lava.top (receives the email address you enter at checkout)
website hosting and data storage: Cloudflare (the Site, our analytics and the course accounts run on Cloudflare)
product delivery: our own members area on this Site (hosted on Cloudflare, see above)
login and account emails: Resend (sends the login links and the “your access is ready” email)

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don’t use advertising pixels on the Site.

5. Cookies

Our sales pages do not set cookies. The only thing we keep in your browser there is the random visitor ID and session ID described in section 1, in local storage and session storage. They are used only for our own analytics and are never shared with advertisers. You can remove them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

The members area sets one cookie after you log in with a login link. It keeps you signed in, cannot be read by scripts on the page, is sent only over a secure connection, and expires after 30 days or when you log out. It is strictly necessary for the members area to work.

6. How long we keep information

We keep purchase records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Analytics records (page views, clicks, visitor IDs) are kept for ВСТАВИТЬ: срок хранения аналитики, например 13 months and then deleted. Your course account (email, purchased version and progress) is kept for as long as you have access to the course, or until you ask us to delete it. Login links expire after 20 minutes and login sessions after 30 days; expired ones are deleted automatically. We keep other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we have about you
correct it
delete it
stop sending you marketing emails

Email ВСТАВИТЬ: email поддержки with your request. We’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA, you have the right to know, correct and delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. As stated above, we don’t sell or share personal information for advertising.

If you’re in the EU or UK: you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We process your data to perform our contract with you, based on your consent (for marketing), or for our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

8. International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own, including ВСТАВИТЬ: страны, где обрабатываются данные. We take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

9. Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take protecting your data seriously.

10. Children

Our products are for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when.
